The scan is information, not advice

A scan reports what automated testing found on the pages it loaded, at the time it loaded them. It is not a legal opinion, a certification, or a statement that a store does or does not meet any standard or law. No automated tool can produce those, ours included. Decisions with legal consequences belong with a qualified lawyer.

Scanning rights

By entering an address you confirm you are entitled to have that site tested. Do not use the scanner against sites you have no relationship with in order to harass their operators.

Fair use

Each scan runs a real browser and costs real compute, so scans are rate limited per visitor. Automated or bulk use of the public scanner is not permitted; if you need volume, contact us.

Availability

The scanner is free and offered as-is. It may be unavailable, and a scan may fail against sites that block automated browsers. Report links are kept for 12 months.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify App Store under Shopify's billing terms and can be cancelled there at any time. Theme changes are applied only after you approve them and can be reverted to the prior version.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for the free scanner is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing. Liability for paid plans is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
